All the front desk and techs were very nice and polite. I am only giving 2 stars because we went to another Veterinarian who actually came out and explained things in detail. Our dog has developed this large mass, growing at an alarming rate! Of course, it started right in the middle of lockdown and we were new to the area so no one wanted to see us. Thompson saw us because we brought our cat there once. They did xrays and tested it but we never really got a straight answer of what it was. We went to another vet in that area and same! We finally found a vet closer to us that took us in and after seeing and hearing how awesome they are we realized we have been going to the wrong vet for our dogs needs. I do not recommend Thompson for emergencies or mass tumors. We never even met the vet or even talked to them. At least that I know of.
