The Verizon Team was absolutely outstanding when I visited them last week. Lee and Greg were consummate professionals of the highest order. They got me set up with my new IPhone 12 and had me ready to conquer the world one GB at a time. Two ladies helped me with a problem and just had recently learned of the issue I was having with my note 10. If it wasn't for them being on top of the latest software issues I never would have figured out what the hell was wrong with my phone. Thanks again to the you pleasant helpful ladies who helped me out.

Jordan, the store manager, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He assisted me in transferring from another carrier and also set me up with a Jetpack mobile hotspot, which allows me to use my wireless devices without WiFi. Works great! Thanks!
