They always make my coffee perfectly. I work in health care and coffee is an essential food group for nurses! Ty DD for starting my day out right.
We went through the drive through and when we went up to get our coffee the lady at the drive through spilled it all over his arm and down his jacket. Her response was wow this is the third time today I have done this. We had to ask her for napkins. She was so very rude. We asked to speak to the manager and she was just as rude. Such a shame! They should really be embarrassed! He is ok, you didn't burn him! Thanks for asking!
Service is good. Coffee is good when made correctly. My biggest complaint is the new covers. No flap to cover the hole. They are not consumer friendly. You can't shake your coffee anymore. If you so much as bump the cup, hit a bump too hard or turn too sharp, your wearing coffee.
Very rude customer service there line was all the way out to road 15 min before they closed so tried to go in which lobby was closed so did curbside an while on the app I accidentally must of hit Splenda on my coffee so I said oh I didn't order that without even knowing of my mistake an she put receipt in face an said YEA YOU DID.. WOW so I very nicely asked if there was a way I could fix the situation for reg sugar an she very snappy Yup an stormed off so soon as she returned i made a point to apologize for my honest mistake on app an she was very ignorant an cold. Very unprofessional
