Forced to evacuate my home because of frozen pipes, Keith and Gretchen took me right in with courtesy and professional care. Amazing hospitality and terrific weekend breakfasts. High recommendation from me!

Very nice people, beautiful room,actually the whole inn was very pretty,loved the vintage style and the breakfast was amazing!!Thank you soo much ,and definitely worth a second stay!!!

Keith & Gretchen are fun, gracious hosts. The Perkins House is a beautiful historic home. Spacious, warm and friendly. Beautifully decorated, wonderful breakfasts!! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Several of the guests while we were there were repeat customers and we understand why!

The Perkins House was hands down the most amazing place we stayed on our New England trip. The Carriage house was so comfortable (Bamboo mattress) and beautifully decorated. Gretchen and Keith are wonderful hosts and offered us a beautiful home cooked breakfast. We loved our stay and highly recommend this B&B!!
