Every time I have gone to this location they have gotten my order wrong. When I try to correct the order they repeat back to me they just tell me “to pull up to the window” and it wasn’t a huge deal at first, but today when I tried to correct the order, the lady on the speaker ignored me and then again at the window by shutting the window and walking away. Horrible customer service and social skills.
I would have rated it five stars but they no longer order mobile ordering at that location.
Sad when I have to decide whether waiting 20 minutes in line with 2 customers in front of me of driving to Newport Dunkins Donuts which is now what I'm going to do. I literally work in Pittsfield and lose my mind of how slow and poorly operated this Dunkins Donuts is, that id rather waste gas to go to a faster Dunkins.
Pretty sure you're not supposed to start breaking down and cleaning machines until the establishment is actually closed. Why? Because half the drink menu is gone. I pulled up 20 minutes before closing and couldn't get an iced latte because the espresso machine was down for cleaning. Frozen coffee?? Nope...k, bye...
Honestly my favorite stop, but seen a couple people working there who sounded sick as hell. You should be ashamed during a pandemic like this. Also some of the things you can hear your employees say, oh my word. Should be more professional.
