Miller Drug is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Wait times and call times are atrocious. Most of the time I’m unable to speak to an employee and I’ve left messages that were not returned. My doctor has sent multiple brand new drug prescriptions and I’ve gone in the next day and they weren’t ready. Even if you do tell them you need a prescription ready, sometimes it takes days to be able pick them up. The cashiers have no sense of urgency and have no clue about pronunciations/uses for drugs. The OTC items are ridiculously overpriced. If I could give 0 stars I wohld.

Great customer service! Pharmacists are super helpful! They always have had my meds ready to pickup & the service is efficient & friendly!

miller drug sold to northern light/emmc. bad move. as emmc is very very corrupt and full of corrupt nurses and doctors. good luck with your new corrupt pharmacy now.

Absolutely APPALLING customer service. Kept me waiting for 1+ hour today only to tell me they couldn't fill a prescription. Showed absolutely no remorse for wasting my time.
