Centrally located in the downtown area. So easy to get a bus connection. Machine to buy monthly pass is so convenient.

Pickering square is getting better there's not too a mini drug dealers you know hanging around out there anymore and I thank God for the bus systems so and the parking garage looks amazing because they you know they redid it so and Pickering squares clean.

First two hours free to park.nSome shady people hangout across the street but easy enough to avoid.
