Went to a third party place and back of truck was never cleaned out and a syringe cap in the back of the truck my son found and of course the third party person that waited on me was a little rude when I called him on the phone whenever I deal with Penske direct an official dealer I never have issues they are top-notch and trucks are cleaned and they always go above and beyond expectation for a customer but never again will I go through a third-party Penske dealer
Great service and quality prices
Stopped in to get an estimate on moving costs for my son. Their costs were very competitive and their vehicles appeared in excellent condition. The staff was extremely helpful. We have chosen them for our needs.
The service here is very friendly. Always nice and helpful. The trucks are great for what they are supposed to be used for, which is moving largish items. If you have AAA you can present your card for a discount.
