I used Liberty Bell to pack a POD with a 2 BR / 1 BA apartment with a living room and dining room, and they were incredibly helpful and expertly packed the storage container. I was concerned about getting everything into the POD, but the movers did a phenomenal job of packing things tightly and securely to make sure it all fit. They were also very friendly and professional, and completed the packing in an efficient manner. Would definitely use their services again!

Liberty is an excellent moving resource for someone who is making a move and doesn't have the time/resources and frankly doesn't want to do the whole thing theirselves. They are incredibly prompt and responsive to all communications. The moving team was kind, considerate and timely. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I had to handle having my mother's belongings moved out of her apartment and into storage because she had moved into a nursing home and I didn't have any idea what I was going to do with those belongings at the time. And I had to do this from the other side of the country due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. I asked them to do the move during Labor Day weekend, which is a very busy time for them. They couldn't make their first date because an earlier move went longer than expected, but they were very prompt when they arrived on the scheduled date. They handled the move very professionally and were great at communicating with me the whole time. I felt their prices were very reasonable for the work they did and I was very happy with them. I'd gladly use Liberty Bell Movers again and recommend them to anyone who's doing a move in Maine.

Outrageous prices!!!!!!!!!!!! We contacted Liberty Bell Moving & Storage for an estimate to move from our current home to our new home next month. We ONLY needed them to move certain large items as we would be moving our smaller belongings ourselves. Our new home is LESS than 10 minutes away from our current home, yet they wanted to charge us over $200 just in travel fees alone! Then, they charge $231 per hour on top of that with a MINIMUM of 6 hours. UNREAL!!!! So, to move just a few large items less than 10 minutes away, which probably would have taken no more than 2 hours, it would have cost us nearly $2000 (the quote they provided us was $1700). What a joke!!!! We have since hired another local moving company, who will only be charging us a little over $400 for this move and have told us that it may even be less if they are able to do it faster, which is FAR more reasonable and is exactly what we expected to pay for this move. These people are Liberty Bell are greedy price gougers!!! No way would we ever pay that much for a local move! Hell, we have friends who moved almost 800 miles and they didn't even pay that much! Definitely do NOT recommend this company!
