The first Dollar General I've visited since I moved from the South back in 2014 and it's now my favourite discount retailer.
Love it ! This place is my go to when I don't feel like going into town.
They say on their website that masks are required but that is a lie.nMy son was in last night and a man with his young son came into the store unmasked. When my son spoke to the manager about it she said “Oh, he comes in without one all the time.”nMy son asked her to to ask the man and his son to put masks on and she refused. My son proceeded to take a picture of the unmasked man at the checkout and said he would be reporting it to corporate on Monday.nInstead of the manager doing the right thing, enforcing their own rule and State mandate, she had a Deputy serve my son, who was wearing a mask, served with a No Trespassing Order.nSo, the good guy gets punished and the one who breaks the rules gets to continue to shop there without wearing a mask.nThe lies and the hypocrisy of this store is unacceptable
I dont worry about the order of items, just the prices and service, they're extremely nice people, and willing to help
I gave a 3 as the staff were very friendly and they do have quite a variety of product. I found the store very cluttered and recovery not done in probably a long time. They also seemed out of alot of products as shelves were empty.
