We were very disappointed with the service we received today. Staff was extremely rude and had no idea what was going on. There was very little selection for candy. The bathrooms were horrendous and most items out of order. Staff argued about how many people we paid for at this birthday party. After realizing they were wrong, there was no apology. One child forgot there mask in the theater and was yelled at by staff. I can understand we are in a pandemic, but kindness goes a long way. I believe this scenario could have been handled better and with understanding. I hate to say this but I will not be recommending birthday parties at this location.

Can't wait until they can reopen

The staff at the counter was rude about giving me salt for the popcorn. I asked for some more packets as there was 1 in the bin. She only filed the bin half full. I grabbed some and she told me I was going to have a heart attack. I disregarded the comment and used the salt up I had taken. After going back 10 min later she removed the salt from popcorn area so I had to ask for it back. Instead of paying me the box it was in she gave me 2 packets. I politely asked for a few more and she gave me 2 more. I didn't know there was a limit. She obviously seemed more concerned for my health then she did her own.

We had a wonderful evening with grandson. They went above and beyond to keep us distance. Ty for a wonderful so needed time out.
