Bought two different vape mods within a week and both wouldn’t charge and had faulty pods that had a bad connection. Both women were rude and wouldn’t help me with hardly anything I asked. Total waste of money.
The prices are better than some of the other alternative vape shops, but their staff are unfriendly and not on the same page. I go here every couple weeks to try to save money on juice and occasionally pick up puff bars. The puff bars are almost always faulty or dead out of the box — DO NOT BUY PUFF BARS HERE.nnHonestly not sure the small price savings is worth the trip anymore.
I’m not sure who was working but she had green hair and was so helpful! She helped me find some really good Christmas presents and showed me a bong I absolutely needed in my life! 10/10 recommend checking the place out. She also said they just opened a new place so I’ll have to go check that one out as well!
Worst place ever they sell defective devices and if you go in and try to complain they just tell you sorry about your bad luck. Your bettter off just ordering stuff offline its cheaper anyways.
Would not recommend this place spend a lot of money here I go to this place for advice bought a new rda setup recently and was sold the wrong cotton which I did not know till I drove 45 minutes home went out of my way the next day to come back and keep business at this shop and was treated very poorly associate would not even meet me in the middle and was trying to charge me full price for the right cotton which was not my fault I got the wrong stuff emailed the store and even sent multiple messages with no response just shows they are after your money and not customer service skills I can say after this experience me my friends and family will all be going to another place and no longer spending money at this establishment sad because I really like this shops selection of juices if the store owner sees this you still have time to make this right thanks !!!!
