Shaw's Pharmacy

I’ve been going to Shaw’s Pharmacy for years. I even have my husband and my children’s medication done here. It used to be so professional and the staff was so kind and helpful. Unfortunately it’s not doing so hot these days. Their rude and brash on the phone. When you call them, they’ll make you feel like you’re an inconvenience to their day because you asked for them to do work. It’s really unfortunate. I’ll definitely be looking into a new pharmacy. That’s sad after more than ten years with them.

Certain workers there go above and beyond to make sure, if your insurance is screwing you around, they will do anything possible to straighten the problem out. Very knowledgable.

I like their auto refill system, texting/calling when a prescription is ready- this has mostly worked ok. Once I didn’t receive the full 90 day supply but they believed me and gave the balance to me. Average on friendliness and helpfulness so I gave a 3 as an average score.

I've been at this pharmacy for over 9-10 years and I've never been more insulted. Not only does this one particular lady at this pharmacy make you feel horrible because if certain medications you're on, but she's also extremely rude to everyone. Most people have been receiving the same medicine for years. So there's no reason to belittle others for it. Plus it shouldn't matter if you're having a bad day or not. You don't take it out on customers. So unprofessional! It's gotten so bad because of this one woman that most of my family have switched to Targets CVS and I guess that's where I'm heading. Such a shame that one single employee can destroy other people's opinion of a good store

A lady just hung up on me at the pharmacy. I called to ask for a refill and she said she would look into it later today. The refill is needed today since the medication ran out yesterday. But she hung up.
