Corruption, lies rewrites files, no checks and balances in their office. Records are not kept centrally, but in individuals offices where they can distroy and alter documents in individuals files. Be very care everyone, FOR YOUR OWN SAKES. Get time/day stamped copies with signature of everything involved with their office and your case.
