Do not trust this company! They installed our gutters improperly and they leak in several places. We called 11 days after installation for repair and setup an appointment, which ended up being a no call/no show. We called again and they gave us a Saturday appointment, which was another no call/no show. They clearly only care about the money and not the quality of their installation or customer service. We were supposed to get a call from the regional manager and that also did not happen. All they do is promise someone will be out here between 8 and noon and no one shows up.
The product is a great product, and the installer, Jason Chase and his crew, was great to work with. My recommendation though is to pick your installer first and then let them procure the leaf filter itself rather than having Leaf Filter spec the work as the Leaf Filter Sales team is very disorganized and difficult to work with. They are nice people, but you will end up interfacing a lot more with the contractor and its best to develop your relationship with a reputable contractor and let them deal with Leaf Filter Sales. I highly recommend Jason Chase out of Sanford.
New gutters with leaf guard protection were installed. The installer was very professional and competent. We are very pleased with the results!
They never even showed up. I called all day today and they told me they would be there. Finally it was after 4:00pm and I called and they said they would log it as a no call no show. So what does that do for me now that I’ve wasted my day sitting in the house waiting for them? Unimpressed! Even if they do show up now the review stands. There is no need for a no call no show. We all have cell phones.
I am hoping the product is better than the service.nI cannot recommend the service that LeafFilter contracts out to. The contracts showed up two days early with no warning, dragged their metal ladder supports (w/out rubber bumps) over my new roof and vinyl siding, and didn’t clean up after themselves.
