When these people give you letters to say “oh just a quick signature here to say you have received your new items and your all set” read it very carefully as apparently I signed a waver stating I wouldn’t request a refund from my Heath insurance?!.. it took 10+ phone calls and 6 months to get my refund because apparently I wanted to sort my own refund even tho it was very clear from the start I wanted them to do it like I have done every other time... this was a complete mess and I was completely stuffed around and felt that I was taken advantage off, I didn’t even get a apology. The way you are doing this is a complete embarrassment to your company. Your financial keeper that doesn’t work with your company told me the correct information to why this was happening and I could tell she felt blown away at how long this process took and for reasons that shouldn’t have happened. In my short 30 years of life this would be the worst experience I have faced when it comes to getting a claim with health insurance.

Have been taking my daughter here for a few years now, and we are nothing short of amazed and grateful with our experience. Gail and the whole staff at Maine Orthotics and Prosthetics truly deliver a level of professionalism and courtesy unlike any other. Always greeted with a warm smile, and they take the time to check on the kids; never a rushed visit. My daughter (now 5) is always excited to go and see Gail and crew! Thank you!
