AJ and Cassandra are the most helpful, thoughtful pharmacists in New England. Every time I’ve called they have gone above and beyond to help me with my insurance, medications, and answer any questions I might have thoroughly and completely.nI was worried that, because this is such a big Hannaford, the pharmacy would be chaotic and overwhelmed. This couldn’t be further from the reality — this pharmacy is incredibly well managed, organized, and cohesive. Really impressive all around.nThank you AJ, Cassandra, and the entire Hannaford pharmacy team for your help and care!

After spending 15 minutes in line and understanding it would take another 15 minutes based on how the pharmacist was chatting with previous customer I asked if they can call for someone to assist me a little faster. Another pharmacist came to help me, and I never dealt with anyone more sassy. I gave her my ID, to which she said without any greeting or anything: “I need you to say your name! Do you know your name?!” Then she asked me what medication I’m there for very loudly. Yeah, so much for privacy. Then she said it would take 20 minutes to fill my prescription in so many words maintaining sassy attitude. Didn’t appreciate the service. Will not return.

Don't go here. They have no idea what they're doing, mess up your insurance, and you end up paying more for your medications than anywhere else. Horrible.
