This is perhaps the most magical place in the world. Our family spends a week here every year. Dana and Christine are incredible hosts. Off-grid vacationing at it's absolute best. If you visit once, you will be back.
Great place to stay. Very quiet and relaxing. There is no better way to start the day than kayaking across the pond and watch the morning mist disappear. Nice little swimming beach, very secluded. The hike up little Spencer Mountain seems to get steeper every year. Can't wait to go back.
The most peaceful place in Maine. No traffic, no noise, just the call of the loon and nature at its finest. The entertainment is listening to the birds, and watching the chipmunks and squirrels, not to mention the chickens. We saw brown rabbits, and Charley the dog likes to visit and sit for a spell in your cabin. I would recommend this trip to everybody.
Beautiful place. Great value.
Great place to stay. Fishing, hunting, nature trails, sight seeing, relaxing and off the grid! Leave the rat race behind.
