Great stay during the summer. Walking and biking distance to basically all of Portland. Clean & cozy. Innkeeper Dale was great at providing assistance an accommodation even during covid.
The Percy Inn is a step back into history. My room was pleasant and comfortably/beautifully furnished. The breakfast room was nearby and snacks/drinks available at all hours. Very easy drive from the highway and easy walking distance to downtown Portland.
Cool old building, nice Inn, just a bit neglected. We stayed 2 nights and were disappointed with the breakfast, not up to standards with the other inns we stayed at on our 8 night trip. The Inn was clean and tidy, you don't see the Inn Keepers. It's really renting a room out vs. an Inn experience.
Comfortable gorgeous rooms. Quiet but central location. Amazing value
Great location to the arts district in Portland. Our room at the Percy Inn was the very first one right next to the street so it was loud hearing everyone walking back home after the bars closed but we knew that going in. The inn is very well kept and even though it was smaller than we're used to it has plenty of room to stretch out. The innkeeper was amazing and was always willing to help. Word of caution, the stairs in the inn are no joke so pack lightly or pick a room with minimal stairs. Overall a great experience and will definitely come back again!
