So no info given yet about federal tax returns that have been held up because of the child tax credit. No one knows any info and you can never get ahold of anyone on the phone. Wonderful system we’ve developed!

Had an appointment at 8:30 AM, when they open. 9:09 the door is still locked and no way to get ahold of them. Read the reviews and am thankful I couldn't go in.

Did you really expect a decent review of the worst, arguably most horrid branch of our US government? The people here are the absolute worst on the planet. I would rather have rusty nails shoved into my eyeballs than deal with these ridiculously nasty clowns. I pity anyone that has to deal with their miserable and stale personalities on a daily basis. The security guard was very nice at the entrance, but then the jokers behind the desks were as awful as everyone working for the IRS is. Immediately rude and absolutely unwilling to help, whether you come prepared with all your documents or not. They exist to make your life difficult.nThanks for nothing Irritable Retard Services.
