Me and my mother oh by the way my name is Tiffany Lerman yeah they are putting us on the list like a back burner for section 8 and my mother name shary Jones and she has constantly fights about getting us a home so great job having a back burner I'm leaving us off like this because it's not worth our time or space or any of it I'm very disappointed that you people don't care about the law should I play with other kids what's the point we've been waiting here so long we are constantly fighting and we still are on this Google or on message to get a home it don't matter what we lead up to we need a home to call it a home we don't need a burner and we don't need to stay back longer than before.

I have dealt with many housing offices in many different towns/cities in my life and most of them have been full of people who treat you like your sub-human for needing assistance, will actively sabotage you, or will generally be rude and uncaring. This isn’t one of those locations. I wouldn’t say they are the most cheerful of people, but honestly that doesn’t matter. When I needed help, they helped. When there were issues that the landlord refused to fix or even address, they took them to task. They do their jobs, and they do them to the best of their ability.

Portland Housing Authority is over two month's behind on paying rent and I am still struggling to receive what they owe. This has resulted in a lot of extra work for me and I am sure that many other property owners are experiencing the same problem. If you are a landlord and running into similar issues you are now within your right to stop excepting housing subsidy at any rental property you own.

Write to your nearest district or call them. Put a complain. You can contact your Councilman or Assembly Woman for help. Later on take the housing to court always works for me. Good luck.
