Portland Branch is the worst postal service I've experienced in 58 years. They won't get out of their trucks to deliver packages, they leave an orange ticket for anything that doesn't fit in the mailbox. When I called to complain I was put on hold till I gave up waiting. Why they are requiring people to physically go there during a pandemic defies logic. Post office needs to scrap the union and hire real workers.

Expensive items left on floors in hallways instead of safe parcel delivery boxes.Two days with autorecordings at every phone number on website to reach no one. And star rating in review is changed

I was here at 5. But the door was locked. There was no way to get in and no sign about doors being closed at 5.

Always bringing my packages to the wrong address . Every time im supposed to get a package I have to wait for my package for wks. This was happening even before corona . I'm tired of the anxiety of never knowing if I will get my mail. Also I have been getting mail months late off and on for years with it having been visibly opened and sealed with tape, so apparently not only do you dump people's letters and packages at random addresses , you read people's mail like some kgb ? Where is the management ? On permanent vacation to Peru ?! ud83dude11
