Killer beer selection. I'd give 5 stars except some employees are not wearing proper masks. Scarves and bandanas are no good. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Was passing through Portland and wanted to buy some of the great local craft beer there, and found Bow Street on line. Received expert help and advice to purchase a few different varieties. When I got home to NY I realized one of the 4 packs I bought had expired over 6 months earlier in late March. I called Bow Street and they handled it perfectly. Apparently a brewery had sent them a bad order and they immediately refunded my credit card for the cost. Kudos to you Bow Street for a great selection of beer, expert advice and great customer service. Anytime I'm back in Portland you'll see me.

TWO staff people helped me find organic red wine from Italy. Very knowledgeable and personable and, of course, both were wearing masks. And the wine was great!
