Very poor customer service. Don't like to pay claims after injuring people. The company that they ensure make lots of mistakes and they don't really want to take responsibility for them negligent

Absolutely awful hard to get ahold of and enjoy screwing people over while running them thru hoops while making hurt employees pay for care dening claims absolutely hot trash

Awful to deal with! Phone messages left are almost never returned. Your only option is voice mail, supervisors are never available and more voice mail. Have been waiting on Workers Comp approval for needed surgery more than 4 weeks and 50 phone calls. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
