Had to reschedule a new wood stove installation with Embers this past winter - great customer service and knowledge of their product lines. When I was unexpectedly called away the day of the installation and some minor issues occurred, the owner was quick to remedy the solution financially and to my satisfaction. Despite the hiccups, extremely satisfied with this company. True customer service!

A service tech from Embers can by to assist with a gas fireplace that was problematic. He was polite, professional and skilled and addressed the issue quickly. The gas fireplace works like it was brand new by the time he was done. The service and price was terrific! I would highly recommend Embers if you need help or general service.

I have an older gas stove/fireplace (25+ yrs) and the service people at Embers are the best -- I recommend them highly! Whether you are buying a new stove or fireplace or having your existing one serviced, they are the best.
