The people there are like a big family. You get the feeling that They care about making ppl happy with customer service. They make you feel like you have become a part of there family even after a short visit. I would recommend big blue bug to anyone that ask.
Ryan has been an excellent technician. He explains my options with risks and likely outcomes given my particular location and structure. I feel like I can make an informed choice every time we talk. He tells me what he'll be doing, and does what he said he'd do. Big Blue Bug overall strikes a good balance between set-it-and-forget-it automatic service, responding to any changing situation or concerns, and periodically checking in.
Our big backyard and playground was basically unusable because the mosquitos were so bad. This morning I went outside to water my garden and do some other outdoor chores and it was amazing! Not one mosquito attacked me! I am so excited to have my yard back!! Thank you Ryan!!!
I had a dead animal under my deck for (probably) a few days, and the smell became unbearable after a 90+ degree day. I called Big Blue Bug Solutions, and the customer service was wonderful. They said someone would be out the same day. Ryan came to the house that afternoon and put every effort into removing the dead animal (it was complicated by the thing being WAY under the deck, beyond reach by crawling under). He tried everything, and finally got it. Thank you for your perseverance and for getting rid of the horrible smell! I would use this company again.
Big Blue Bug couldn't have come at a better time for the mosquito and tick spray. When Greg arrived, I had an issue with a dead bunny in my yard and didn't know how to get rid of it and away from my dogs. Greg took are of it and checked under my deck to make sure there wasn't any others. Really appreciated!!!
