I appreciate that you guys are open until 6:30pm on Thursdays. I hope it stays that way and wish that other offices/businesses would have a similar schedule.

The parking in the back is often sufficient. An elevator is available for the short trip up to the second floor where you can register your vehicle. There are usually three skilled women working who keep the line moving. There is also a television playing to help the time pass.

There is no excuse for rudeness from staff OR FROM CUSTOMERS. As a 47 year resident, I have NEVER experienced ill-tempered service.

Finance office crew bright, courteous, and competent.
