I've been attending Church Of The Holy Spirit for 30 years and I feel so loved and cared for by the community. We are a small congregation but we do a lot. We have a thriving Coffee House ministry with live concerts every month it's been going on for 15 years. We have a fantastic coffee hour that everyone stay after to chat and a big potluck once a month. The children's ministry is lead by women named Janet and she is setting such a strong foundation for the next generation. I have two kids that attend and they love it. We have a prayer ministry that you can go up after the service and we have seen so many miracles over the years and answers to troubles of a heart. The music ministry does a mixture of contemporary praise and worship music and classic hymns. The preaching is excellent. As we like to say the message comforts those who need to be comforted and challenges those are too comfortable;) The sanctuary is beautiful. We have been blessed with a congregation of artists. The Stainglass windows, icons, frescoes, and murals we're done by various members of the congregation. There is a gorgeous garden adjacent to our church that we have coffee hours and weddings and various functions in. And this is getting really long so the last thing I'm gonna say is you never have to worry about parking because we have plenty;)

If you feel like you're lost and looking for something, this is the place for you. The first time I attended services at Church of the Holy Spirit I felt overwhelmed by love. This is a home away from home, a place to be yourself and be loved by those around you. There is great music and good food. My children love the Sunday school. We've been attending for 14 years now and it still feels like home.

Love Church of the Holy Spirit! I moved to the area last year, started attending this church and was immediately welcomed and felt a part of the community. My husband and I had our wedding there and so many church members pitched in and made us feel loved. Definitely recommend the church especially if you're looking for a church home, the community is strong and welcoming.

How I love this church! If you want to be part of community where it feels like family, you are cared for by a Shepard who truly loves His sheep, you find the love of God, are instructed with Biblical truths and encouraged and guided by others who have walked the walk.... this is the place for you! Great worship, solid teaching, kind people and a caring fellowship. Church of the Holy Spirit has it all-even a beautiful church atmosphere.

This place is not the “Safe Harbor of God’s Love” it claims to be. They shun ones who are not liked by the family in charge. On the surface it seems loving when you first go and there ARE lovely people who attend this church. However, you will soon figure out that there is no accountability of the leadership and certain ones are treated in a very unjust and unkind manner— not in the way that you’d expect Christians to conduct themselves. We know ones (including ourselves) who stopped going for this very reason.
