Literally every time I try to go in they are not open during listed hours, no one answers the phone, and some days they just choose not to open but dont put out a sign or leave any closure info, today for example they are listed as opening at 12, well its over an hour later, no lights on, no sign, no one answering phones. Amazing the business is lasting this long with some of the highest prices in Portland compared to great business like Blazing Ace or Freak Street imports, which are both cheaper and have reliable amazing service and constant check out discounts just because.

There is a lot of competition in Portland when it come to functional glass art. The Higher Concept carries mostly local artists and as well as a variety of vape products and tons of local art. Artist owned with a very knowledgeable staff. Definitely worth a visit!
