Shorter mostly level hikes. Peaceful. Brook was pretty. Found bright red flowers at water's edge and a great blue heron. Picnic tables by the small parking area.
Easy hikes through thick forest and along a nice section of the Crooked River with a couple of large pools. Lots of blueberries and native wildflowers. Traffic is loud along a long section of the Elliot trail, but quiet everywhere else.
