Southern Maine Retirement Services agent Brittany did it again. She asked the right questions and listened carefully to find the best medical and prescription plans for my retired husband and myself and then at another appointment for my 91 year old Mom. Brittany, who is very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable in the different insurance options, treated us with the kindest respect and care, while walking us through the otherwise confusing details and seamlessly accommodated our hearing, vision, and soft speech limitations. She offered documents with larger type, spoke louder, as needed, and asked us to read aloud the details of the new plans, to be certain the detailed content was understood. We feel very assured that Brittany found the absolute Best medical insurance plans for us, which reduces our prescription costs and saves us over $1,000 in premiums payments.
