Bridgton Town Office

I went in to pick up absentee ballots for my husband and me. The process is straightforward but there are two sets of envelopes ( one for municipal and one for state,) so allow time to let the clerk set them up. I waited perhaps 10 minutes, so not a terribly long wait. The clerk was gracious and explained very clearly which ballots were which and the differing dates when they can be mailed. Town Hall will be slow on voting day, as the number entering the building will kept at a minimum. Absentee ballots make a lot of sense, particularly if voting day is miserably hot!
