I've decided to rewrite my review and I urge any future shoppers to go spend their money elsewhere. I have waited 4 weeks for my ring it was suppose to be my girlfriends engagement ring that I wanted to give her on our anniversary but seeing as this jewelry store cant keep it promises that plan has gone out the window. Honestly if I could give them 0 stars I would I am returning to the store and getting my money back. Thank you for ruining what was suppose to be a wonderful day. I will never again buy anything from here and I highly advise that everyone else do the same.

I have had a Wonderful experience with Andrews Jewelers in the Muncie mall. The customer service is incredible. Ben and Ashley have made intentional efforts to make my transactions smooth, even going so far as to mail me my receipts when the computers had crashed so I didn't have to wait around. They even included a hand written note thanking me for my patience. I never received that kind of individual care at other jewelry stores. Thanks guys!nDoug Alexander

Bought my wife her ring. The ring had a chip in it. Waited 2 weeks got it back. The people are so nice. Helped me out

Bought a new ring to have my diamond mounted in. Was told it would take 2 weeks. We are now on week 4 1/2 and no ring! Evertime I call they say they can't do anything. They can't even tell me a date the ring will be back now. Please save your advise for me to call the customer service line! I have called them multiple times and keep getting told they will check into it and call me back. NEVER receive a call back from them. This will be the last time I ever purchase anything from your store. Horrible experience!

Ben and Ashley provide EXCELLENT Customer Service. I was warmly welcomed and given the best service I have ever experienced from a jeweler. Highly Recommended and I WILL refer a friend!
