I showed for my appointment time @10:00 am.nAnd was told I had to reschedule because I was told to be there @9:40 for a 10:00 appointment. I said excuse me? If my appointment was @9:40 that is what I should of been told. Or been told that if you are not here with the early check in time your appointment will be re-scheduled.nI was livid. Took the morning off from work.nAnd also the reason I was there @9:40 was I have extreme IBSD and had a flair up this morning and could not get out of the house.nMy last words as I walked out to my car on my way to the appointment was whewww at least my appointment is until 10. I can get there barely in time for that!nWell that didn’t work out.

Dr. Austin is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to illness and how to treat the specifics. I have been in so much pain for so long, it is wonderful to find a doctor who knows how to treat a variety of problems and listens to your concerns. I put my complete trust in Doctor Austin and would highly recommend to anyone trying to find a specialist like him.

I have had very excellent patient experiences with Dr. Kenneth Austin & his staff, both face-to-face & in a virtual visit. He listens to my questions and discusses care options. He trained at Cleveland Clinic under the supervision there of a very skilled anesthesiologist/pain specialist so I know Dr. Austin has been trained by top notch physicians who handle complex cases.

Let me start by saying I'm not one to leave reviews, however, I really feel the need to chime in here. Over the past couple of months I've had 3 appointments with Dr. Austin, and I'm so grateful to have found him. I found him to be kind, understanding, very helpful explaining what the heck I have going on, and he knew exactly what the best path was to alleviate the pains I've been experiencing. As far as the office itself, I was greeted with nothing but smiles each visit, and I don't feel I had to wait long at all. The wait to get in to see him was a bit frustrating, but it is what it is. No different than any of the other medical appointments i've made this past year. I just didn't want someone to pass up an appointment with Dr. Austin because of some of the reviews. I think pain management doctors have a tough job in today's society, and none of us are our best selves when experiencing pain...especially unseen, all the tests turn out fine....your'e fine pain. As someone who's been really frustrated this past year, he really helped me so much.
