Upon filling a prescription at this location I was asked for my Insurance Card. When the gal asked me I remembered that we missed the opportunity to present my insurance card the prior week for a prescription. Bruce(RX) overheard the conversation at the window and used the insurance information for this transaction and ran it back on the precious weeks transaction and (since my business is across the street) walked the difference of what the insurance paid down to me personally! Totally unexpected but very much appreciated! Thanks Sheldon's Rockport Team!

They are forever misplacing insurance information and always very rude. Was even told to find another place by one of the clerks there as they didn't see why I keep coming in....which I guess they are right if a place is continuing to get thing wrong over and over it time to move on.
