I shipped a perishable item at another P. O. and wasn't informed that Express delivery wasn't guaranteed. My package arrived ruined, not edible. My Postmaster in Davis walked me through the whole process, though it was no fault of his. He even showed me how to fill out necessary forms for a refund. Small town service can't be beat.
