I bought two hamsters , the worker would not pick it up to put it in the box continuously slammed the hamster between the box and the glass cage their held in. One hamster is very sick and very old, the other looks like it may be pregnant. Over all i DO NOT recommend buying any rodents from there. The birds looks so unhealthy so does most of the reptiles. This place needs shut down. UPDATE: just called to inform them she’s passed and that i want A refund she was in my care for 2 days and no harm was done to her , they want me to bring her dead body in for proof DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I bought fish at this place and they all died. The guy working there gave me the solution to make the water safe and come to find out the liquid that he gave did not take the chlorine out of the water so he lied to me. Ive spent all this money on fish for them all to die because he lied and gave me the wrong solution. I would strongly recommend for people not to buy their fish there. They not only gave me the wrong solution they don't take good care of their fish if you look in the tank theres nothing but dead fish floating around the top.

We went in the store a week and 3 days ago, because my sons betta of 2 years died. We cleaned our tank 2 days before buying new fish, used the dechlorinating solution and cleaned our filters. I purchased 3 neon tetras, 3 ghost shrimp, and 1 mustard gas betta (I only know that because it was $20 and the only blue one they had) less than 2 weeks have by and all but 1 fish have died. 4 of them died within 48 hours. When we bought the fish I ask the girl working if they were healthy because I noticed a lot of dead ones at the bottom of the tank and she just said “yeah I guess”. I’ve tried to call multiple times and no one answers the phone....
