I called the Police dept. as to a tractor trailer parked behind the Red apple restaurant across from the super 8 hotel as to his air brakes popping off presure every 30 seconds the dispatcher told they have a right to park there... where is the city rules for disturbing the peace ....however the finest did show up and now its quiet... thank you Rock Falls P.D. I may be 2100 miles from home, but at least I can sleep with the windows open NORTHWEST WYOMING thanks you

Rock falls police stopped and harrassed my gf today at walmart....said my almost 6 year old was not allowed to be in a backless carseat....and he is wrong...A child who has outgrown the internal harness or height limitations of a forward-facing child safety seat. Within the range of 40 to 80 pounds but under 4'9”. Within 4 to 8 years of age and is at least 35” tall.backless or not....so i would like this cop to apologize....ill wait...
