Great Service. Get me to work on time. They also offer a paper pass for purchase, if you use the service often.
It’s an okay service but to call it public transportation is a joke . It’s more of a ride scheduler/taxi. Good luck trying to get to work on time . Just a friendly reminder Lyft (Uber alternative) is available for this area if this service lets you down.

We went to Walmart. Called for a ride, bus comes to Walmart. The guy says my mom's name is on the book, he looks at me and says, you're not on the book. Me Im disappointed cuz this driver guy has an attitude on him. He says he has no time to be messing around. I'm like, why on earth, would you be a driver for Whiteside public Transportation, if you don't like what your doing for them. Sorry, Whiteside public Transportation, but I think you need to train these drivers how to be considerant to other people instead of having a bad attitude towards others.
