This was my first time being at a Pen Station and I have to say it was amazing! It is a little pricey but the quality and flavor is their! Brandi was very nice and was very welcoming!
The employees Tyler and Carl were exceptional- they went above and beyond to make it an excellent experience!! I am very picky and I have a lot of quest When I try food at a new restaurant- but they were so nice and patient- the food was outstanding and the service was Certainly above and beyond my expectations!! I want these gentlemen to be commended for being exceptional employees and to have their hard work, patience, and excellence t service recognized!!thank you guys so much for being so nice and so patient- it was very appreciated!!
Usually my Penn Station experience is amazing. However, this location was just meh. My normal meal wasn’t as good as it normally is. Service was sketchy. Masks worn under noses.
Food is delicious and fresh but mannnnn did the portion size of the bread and overall sandwich go way down!
Very unsanitary, letting customers Without masks hang over counter while others food is being prepared. When customers request they ask him step back they acting like she was in the wrong. Beware unclean
