Ordered on app... Never ready, never the right order. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt one last time with no better results. My workplace gave them lots of business in the past, but staff was rude to my fellow employees.. Now they won't use this subway anymore... Never again... I will drive across town where they are friendly and on point... I don't even think this place deserves 1 star

Guy workin was super nice and was patient with us while we placed an order for three people right at closing time. I highly recommend.

If I could give them less, I would. The store closes at 8. I showed up at 7:45 and the door was locked. There were two employees who could SEE me, ignored me, then went to the back and hid until I left. Would NEVER come here again.

We ordered twice within a week.Both times we used the app for bogo.The app was not working either time.So, we had to pay full price although we showed them the screenshot of the order.Last week my husband did not have his Chipotle sauce.I did not have my vinegar and oil.Today my husband did not have Chipotle sauce, no cheese and veggies were skimpy.Mine had very little ham, no cheese, very minimum lettuce and other veggies.Mayo was globbed in the center of the sandwich! The 2 guys making the sandwiches were more interested in my granddaughters friends breast than the order!

This is the only subway in London because of friendly employees. Tonight I almost walked out. My husband and I eat there at least 3 times a week. I have never been treated so rudely
