Food was good however before we sat down I asked the cashier to clean a table that was sticky after they had rang up a previous customer. The person didn't come clean the table. Instead they went and started make sandwiches my wife was ordering with the other worker. So as my wife was paying the other worker came out and cleaned the table but by that time I has went ahead and sat at another table that didn't look dirty.

I don't know the point of telling them what you want if they just put whatever they want on your sandwich anyways. Unless you're going in the store do not order from here. 2 of our 3 sandwiches were wrong. One so drown in mayonnaise there was no cleaning it off. So a total waste of money (no one in our family can stomach mayo).nMy advice, just make a sandwich at home.

Refused service 7-11-20 at 4:05 pm. I carry a drs excuse to prove I'm exempt from wearing a mask. After reading it they still refused. I waited until no other customers were in the store before entering. TERRIBLE customer service.

Subway is one of the few placesi where you can choose exactly what you want on a sandwich and watch it being built. So if there is something not right you chose and watched your sandwich being built, do not hesitate to ask questions if you'd like something different. Remember it is you who have to pay for and eat your sandwich, so enjoy whatever your choice will be. I know I am particular about what goes on my sandwich even if it is completely different than what was shown to be on the one I chose. After all it is I who will be eating it. Your sandwich your choice.
