I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Alicia did a great job in helping find what I wanted before I even went to the dealership. We communicate back and forth and she went out of her way to help me in anyway possible. Offered to bring vehicles from other dealerships to the Sterling dealership for me to test drive. The Sterling dealership was clean everyone was helpful and had knowledge on my jeep. I would highly recommend Kunes to anyone they were great and Alicia definitely is a must. She was great. Not pushy very helpful and was all around awesome sales person. Thank you for everything I love my new 2021 Jeep Sahara
I have to say, I was extremely impressed with buying a car at Kunes Country in Sterling IL. My salesman Scott made it so easy to buy a new vehicle. I love my new van! He took the time to make sure I knew how all of the special features work. And the follow up was fantastic! Contacting me to make sure everything was going well after the purchase. I really felt he took good care of me and is genuinely concerned about his clients. I will definitely go back!
We contacted the dealership to inquire about a specific Dodge truck in their inventory. We asked for a salesperson and Jeff Linley answered our call. Jeff was a delight to work with. If he did not have the answers to our questions he was able to obtain them quickly. We did decide to buy this truck and Jeff made the entire transaction run smoothly. We were surprised to learn Jeff's age and that he is newer to the auto business. He did an excellent job for us. We would highly recommend that you specifically ask for Jeff when working with this dealership. He even delivered the truck to our door in Wisconsin. A great experience!
A truly stress free environment and the staff friendly and eager to please. I can't say enough about our salesperson Jeff L. He put me in exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to see I was pleased. Also I'd like to add that the financing team had me firmly approved before I made the trip there and TBH I was expecting to be disappointed and leave with something I wasn't happy with or nothing at all instead I left with the nicest car I've ever had.
