Very friendly staff. Answered all of my questions happily about having my ring cleaned. At an unbelievable price. It costs $5 to have my ring buffed and cleaned. The lady was even happy to explain that it would be best for me if I brought the ring in on a day that I had to run errands, so the ring would be done by the time I was finished.nnHowever! When I got my ring back, it wasn’t cleaned at all! I got no explanation as to why it wasn’t clean, even when they said they cleaned it TWICE. Then they said they wouldn’t charge me for the cleanings... it wasn’t cleaned at all! Very disappointed for this waste of time.nnStaff friendliness: 8/10nCleaning: 0/10
