Abts Mortuary provides the best service in town. Abts Mortuary and Henderson are the only family owned funeral homes left in Pekin which is disheartening. It feels good to stay away from corporate businesses nowadays. Abts Mortuary will forever be my first choice.
They never returned phone calls. They keep making excuses about the obituary. The when they did finally post the obituary the pictures everyone posted weren't saved. However they will still take your money. Horrible experience. They handled everything wrong with my mom. Never again!

Why aren't our calls being returned? Why hasnt my dad's obituary been posted yet??
I have had family who have used Preston Hanley and after my mother died and they saw how the Abts family did a service, they truly know what a service should be like and how good they made her look was like a real person not a made up doll. Words dont express the way I feel about them, Thank God for the Abts Family
