My family has 100+ years of service with them. I wanted to continue to give them my business. However, I left them for GEICO when they would not help me with a better car insurance rate. Reduced my monthly insurance payment by $62 for even better coverage for switching. Just recently, my wife and I purchased a home and wanted to try and go back to KY Farm Bureau to bundle our home along with both vehicles and my motorcycle. They quoted me an excellent price for home insurance but then told us that full coverage for our cars together would be $275. We agreed, signed the papers and proceeded with getting home insurance and then they turned around and said that our coverage for just my wife's vehicle would be $340 per month for full coverage, which was substantially more than what was quoted to me the first time for both of our vehicles together. I knew going in that I should not have given them a second chance. To top it off, they got a snippy attitude towards my wife for canceling on them when she went in to sign the papers. And once again, GEICO was able to help me with receiving an even better deal for all vehicles and home insurance that KY Farm never would have been able to come close to matching.

These people are the biggest frauds I have ever dealt with. They first screwed me on a homeowner claim when lightning hit our house and we lost three tvs, a microwave, and a stove and they never gave us enough to replace one tv. Now today they jacked my auto insurance up over $120 saying we lost a good student discount. But we also removed a teenager and his vehicle from our policy last month. But with their scamming way of doing business, that reduction won't take effect until next month. I will be contacting my attorney and the BBB to look into these rip offs

I was very Impressed with the service that I got !!! : ) An I am not easily Impressed Lol... I recently moved from Campbellsville,Ky to Somerset, Ky and since I'd had Insurance with Ky Farm Bureau in Campbellsville for 16 years an knew everyone in that office I was really dreading having to switch to a new Office but to my Surprise Everyone was really nice an very helpful just like the Campbellsville Ky Farm B Office... : ) Now if My insurance was a little cheaper that would be Awesome !!! Thanks for having great Customer service as always, now a days that is a rare find...
