Yeah no. They refunded me $5 instead of the $50 I put down even though there was nothing wrong with the car. Half a tank of gas is NOT $45. I called them all morning and nobody was even there to pick up the phone any of the times I called. Will not be going to them again for any reason
This was a easy and friendly place to deal with. They handled all of the insurance paperwork and gave me a nice car to rent. I didn't have any trouble refilling it with a little gasoline like I did their competitor in 2012.nnI have used their service in the past but when I fixed my car years ago, and it was so easy then and so easy now it's hardly even worth mentioning but I was happy that I didn't have to fight with them.nnI was also happy that they didn't try to twist my arm upgrading me and making me take insurance when it wasn't necessary.nthey're all very nice and outgoing and friendly people to deal with and I would repeat business with them anytime
They are a terrible company. To tell you that your locked into a price for gas but dont explain that no matter what your getting charged for a full tank of gas when you turned it in at over half a tank. The car smelt terrible. It had holes in the seats. I had never had to rent a car before but since this was because someone had hit me I had to go through them but never again. They didnt even try to resolve the issue of being charged so much.
Pekin, IL location makes it so easy for me to rent a car. Very accommodating facility. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful.
