Greg Healy's office has horrible customer service. They have messed up both my home and auto policies, and can 9ffer no explanation of where, when, or who made changes on my policies. Been a policy holder for over 6 years and in the last 12 months had changes to my policy such as taking my home coverage out of escrow that I did not authorize but somehow it happend. Never addressed by the agent or the customer service team. Now all the sudden my auto payments of my auto policy get declined and removed, but the same card was just used to renew the AAA membership. Again no answers to what happened, no record of why the payment was declined. Spoke to my bank and searched the last 6 months, and they show no record of a declined charge from AAA. This office needs to be looming into by the auditing team and corporate.

As I pulled up,, I was afraid it was still closed due to COVID. The office was very dark. Looked up this location on AAA's website & it showed it was an open office. Went on in &, to my surprise, they were open, ready for business & taking great safety measures. Front desk attendant was wearing a mask, floors were marked in 6 foot distances and, upon entry, they had a table set up with digital thermometer, gloves, masks & hand sanitizer. Very pleasant experience.
