Not really a destination, Except...for free visitor parking and a place to hang out, get info, and wifi. Staff can be nice or not, depending upon who you get. Nothing much to see there, except the giant silver elk statue.
Nice place for bus drivers to chill while wai5ing for their passengers. Congrats to the lady behind the desk. She ready to retire after working there over 23 years. Wondering whos gonna be there to greet us when she leaves.

Good tour guides and a unique piece of Illinois history
Nice quiet area with tables to sit. Lots of parking also. Lots of squirrels that want to be fed peanuts. Overall a nice quiet area in the middle of a city that makes you forget where you are.
