Thr demo derby was great i just really hoped they would open the box more for a more open experience. But its all good still was a good show it was my first time seeing the kids derby ud83dudc9a

Seems managment is doing the best they can with the budget they have. You can't expect more in this state

We camped at this site for a couple of nights while visiting the Lincoln area. The price was exceptional, only $20 a night. This included 30 amp service and water. There are some sites with sewer but we were not aware of that until after we had set up. We just happened to be there on a weekend where they had bike races. It was a large event and got very crowded but the crowds were friendly and polite. It turned out to be a very interesting weekend. Would definitely recommend staying here at the campground while in the area.

As of this time, the Arena is still suffering structural problems. It is open this Memorial Day weekend for the Short Track races but the normal canopy is now gone and one end section is partially closed off. It has been a very good facility for the Fair Grounds over the years, I hope they can get it repaired. I wouldn't avoid an event there, still a very good Fair Grounds.
